These terms are a plain-language summary of the rules for using PopOut&Share. By using the app, you agree to follow these rules and to use the platform responsibly.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use PopOut&Share
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
• You must provide accurate information when using protected features such as payments, bookings, or support

Your content and conduct

• You are responsible for content you post, upload, send, or list through the app
• No harassment, impersonation, fraud, hate speech, illegal content, or unsafe conduct
• Do not misuse messaging, reporting, booking, payout, or moderation systems
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to use or share

Fading memories

Fading memories are designed to expire after the fade period you select unless they are saved, pinned, converted, or otherwise preserved through available product features. Timing and deletion behavior may depend on the current implementation of the app.

Marketplace, bookings, and payments

Some parts of PopOut&Share connect users who want to offer or purchase travel-related goods, services, bookings, or experiences. These features may involve third-party payment providers and early-stage workflows that continue to evolve.

• Users remain responsible for the accuracy of listings, offers, bookings, and communications
• Fees, refunds, disputes, and provider-specific processing may depend on the feature and payment method used
• Do not assume every transaction flow includes escrow, insurance, or guaranteed buyer protection unless the app explicitly says so for that specific flow

Enforcement

We may limit, suspend, review, or remove accounts, content, or features when we believe doing so is necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with legal obligations, or maintain platform safety.
