Creator & HOC Terms
Version: v1.2 ยท Effective date: 20 September 2026
Plain-language summary
These terms apply to Popoutshare creators, supervisors, and Heads of Community (HOCs). Popoutshare is a product of Popoutshare Marketplace (Pvt) Ltd. These terms supplement the general Popoutshare Terms of Service and explain creator content, product links, attribution, commissions, payouts, and community oversight.
1. Role and relationship
Creators and HOCs are independent participants, not employees, agents, franchisees, or legal representatives of Popoutshare. Participation does not guarantee earnings, traffic, bookings, rank, approval, or continued access.
2. Content standards
- You must publish truthful, lawful, original, and non-misleading content.
- You must not make claims about safety, pricing, availability, operator quality, refunds, or guarantees unless accurate and verifiable.
- You are responsible for rights to images, video, music, likenesses, trademarks, and other material you upload.
- Popoutshare may remove, restrict, demonetize, or review content that creates legal, safety, brand, fraud, or trust risk.
3. Product-specific attribution
Creator commissions are based on product-specific attribution. A creator must attach an approved Popoutshare marketplace offer to eligible creator content. The booking link should point to that exact offer using a Popoutshare tracking reference.
- General marketplace traffic is not enough for creator commission.
- Raw creator IDs are not the source of truth for commission.
- Popoutshare may use server-side click records, ref codes, booking snapshots, fraud checks, and attribution windows to determine eligibility.
- Last valid click for the same offer may replace an earlier creator attribution for that offer.
4. Operators remain the merchant
Operators, not Popoutshare and not creators or HOCs, are responsible for fulfilling the travel service, refund obligations, taxes, permits, customer handling, and payment disputes unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
5. Commission lifecycle
Commission may be tracked when an attributed booking is created, but it is not payable immediately. A typical lifecycle is:
- Attributed click
- Booking created
- Operator accepted
- Payment reported or verified
- Stay, tour, or experience completed
- Refund or cancellation window closed
- Commission becomes payable
- Commission is paid through the approved payout process
Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, self-referred, manipulated, or non-compliant bookings do not earn payable commission.
6. HOC responsibilities
HOCs may recruit, support, and oversee creators, but must do so honestly and professionally. HOCs must not promise guaranteed income, misrepresent Popoutshare policies, pressure creators into misleading promotions, or approve activity that violates platform rules.
7. Fraud and manipulation
Popoutshare may withhold, reverse, suspend, or cancel commissions and access for suspicious activity, including fake bookings, self-referrals, automated clicks, duplicate accounts, collusion, false operator confirmations, refund abuse, link tampering, or attempts to move attributed bookings outside Popoutshare.
8. Payouts and records
Creators and HOCs are responsible for accurate payout details and any tax reporting obligations that apply to them. Popoutshare records are the source of truth for attribution, commission status, adjustments, reversals, and payout eligibility.
9. Changes and enforcement
Popoutshare may update these terms, adjust attribution or commission rules, suspend creator/HOC access, or require additional verification when needed for compliance, marketplace trust, fraud prevention, operator protection, or user safety.
These Creator & HOC Terms supplement, and do not replace, the general Popoutshare Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
